Dr. Mohamed Samer Shahrour Dental and Oral Health

Dr. Shahrour received his D.D.S degree in 1991 and completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Damascus Central Hospital, Damascus. He received his certification from the Syrian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1995 and later became certified in Dental Implant Techniques from the Dental College in Lebanon. Following his postgraduate training, he held the position of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon at Ibn- Alnafis Hospital, Damascus. He is a Member of the Syrian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and has published several articles as well as having lectured at major professional meetings and received multiple awards for his researches. Co-author of the Dentist’s Guide Book on AIDS booklet published in Arabic by WHO and the Syrian Ministry of Health. He was Head of Department Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ibn-Alnafis Hospital(2001-2008 & 2016-2020) He continuously participated in training of resident doctors at the hospital and his private practice dental clinic in Damascus. He is actively involved in developing and maintaining the highest standards of patient centered dental care in order to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
