Healthcare Consultants
- BDS/MBBS/Life Sciences professional with MBA and a passion for medicine
- Ability to write creatively, speak and communicate and passion for being the first to break the ice in a room
- Ability to forge strategic partnership with the Key Accounts (Doctors, Hospitals, Medical Associations and Pharma companies)
- Ability to lead scientific/clinical exchange with the scientific and medical community of doctors (KOL interaction, advisory boards, medical education, congress presentations, publications, and congress sponsorships)
- Comfortable as an interview host and moderator for video interviews and panel discussions with doctors
Medical Writers
- Masters or PHD in life sciences, clinical sciences, or equivalent related experience
- Extensive progressive experience in medical and/or scientific writing preferred or equivalent education and experience
- Extensive knowledge of English grammar with a familiarity with AMA style guide. Understanding of FDA, EMA and ICH regulations and guidelines strongly preferred
- Demonstrate effective presentation, proofreading, and interpersonal skills and ensure a team-oriented approach
- Ability to demonstrate a familiarity with principles of clinical research and to interpret and present clinical data and other complex information
Business Analyst
- Degree in engineering or data science with 2-3 years prior work experience
- Healthcare/Lifesciences background or experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience (strongly preferred), Power BI, SPSS, Tableau, R programming and other reporting and data analysis tools
- Good understanding of leading/lagging business KPIs and ability to cut the clutter and simplify the information
- Excellent visual presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
B2B Sales / BD Professionals
- Sales professionals with at least 2-3 years B2B sales experience. Sales professionals with prior experience in media, digital content marketing, consulting, and healthcare welcome to apply
- Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, LinkedIn, Power BI, Zoho etc.
- Solid knowledge of B2B Sales and pipeline management. A solid understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a must.
- Relationship building, account management and negotiation skills desired
- Entrepreneurial person with a passion for start-up culture and ability to work in ambiguous situations
