Metastatic pulmonary calcification (MPC) is characterized by the deposition of calcium in the normal lung parenchyma secondary to an elevation of serum calcium. Most patients are asymptomatic, and a routine chest radiograph is not sensitive enough to make the diagnosis. Here is a report on a case of a 30-year-old woman with end-stage kidney disease
