Dengue is a viral infection transmitted to human through the bite of infected female mosquito. It is more common in topical or subtropical climate (2). Dengue viruses cause symptomatic infection or asymptomatic seroconversion. Symptomatic dengue infection has a wide clinical spectrum that includes both severe and non-severe clinical manifestations.
