The following are his significant clinical, fundus photography, and optical coherence tomography findings: Creatinine 426 U/L, eGFR 24.5 Patient’s visual acuity: 0.1 OD and 0.1 (0.3 p × S + 1.50 DPT) OS Intraocular pressure: 14 mm Hg OD and 15 mm Hg OS.
